ATTENTION:
This version of the guide is for terminals with the Acquirer Lloyds.
If your Acquirer is EVO - click here.
If your Acquirer is Elavon, FDMS, Worldpay or AIB - click here.
If you are not sure who your Acquirer is, check the documentation provided to you by your Leasing Company, or inspect the top of a previous settlement report from your device.
Elavon, Lloyds, FDMS, Worldpay or AIB will all show on the report, EVO is the only Acquirer that will not be shown on the report.
Step 1:
From the Sale screen, press the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2:
Select Reprint.
Step 3:
Enter your Merchant Password, press the green OK button to proceed.
Step 4:
Here you will see a digital ledger of receipts that have been processed on this terminal.
These will remain for up to 6 months from the date of the transaction, regardless of whether the terminal has already settled these transactions.
You can select an individual receipt to view a digital copy of it.
To exit this screen, press the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 5:
When you have selected a receipt, it will be displayed on screen.
To exit this screen, press the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
You may also select the print button at the bottom of the screen to print a physical copy. This option will not be available on the S1Mini2.
Additionally, the QR code button at the bottom of the screen will open a separate screen displaying a scannable QR code, which will be detailed in the next step.
Step 6:
Both cardholder and merchant copies will generate a QR code that can be scanned from a mobile phone.
Scan the code with the QR scanner application on your mobile phone, and select the link to view an image that can be saved to that device.
In some cases, this screen can also appear automatically after completing a transaction, instead of prompting you with the option to print a receipt.
To exit this screen, press the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
