If your terminal does not give you the option to do this, please call the technical support helpdesk to request this to be enabled.

Step 1:

From the Sale screen, press the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.

Step 2:

Select Menu.

Step 3:

Select Settings.

Step 4:

Select Transaction.

Step 5:

Change the toggle switch next to "Print merchant receipt" to the desired setting.

Green = ON.

Grey = OFF.
